For more than twenty years I've been connecting people to data, first by building the processes and then by designing them. I came into large enterprises through Oracle, SQL and Siebel, and I worked through four versions of Siebel, often backwards: from one customer to the next the platform went back to an older release, and the problem to solve was new every time. Then came Salesforce, Oracle CX and Conga, each one to learn from scratch while my role moved up a step: from development to leading a team abroad, to owning the technical side of the sale, to coordinating offshore teams alongside other colleagues, and finally a team of my own.

Today I help companies choose their technology, the step that comes before any change management and decides how hard everything after it will be. My contribution starts with the uncomfortable questions: what goes into it and why, who will actually use it, which of today's processes won't survive. Then I bring sales, marketing, finance, legal and IT to the same table, each of them seeing only part of the project, because return on investment starts when those parts begin to fit together.

Outside the office I pick my own challenges, and I take them on with AI as part of the team: a B2B services portal shaped by what I've seen work and fail in the field and, in pre-production, a development project on Unreal Engine where I own design, narrative and mechanics. I work on them without deadlines and I'm looking for investors who share the vision. I live in Rome and work in Italian and English. If a dachshund walks by, the conversation stops for a few seconds.
